To provide information, education, encouragement and understanding to survivors and caregivers during the ongoing recovery period.


General Information

The Tri-State Brain Aneurysm Support Group has meetings the first Wednesday of every month, except for January and July. The meetings begin at 6:30PM and generally finish around 8:00PM. Social events are held in January and July to build upon friendships and to enjoy camaraderie in a less formal setting.

Summer

Our 8th Annual Summer Picnic at Highland Park!

The Tri-State Brain Aneurysm Support Group, Inc. Invites Survivors, Caregivers, Family and Friends to Its Annual Picnic

When: Saturday, July 24, 2010
Time: 5:00 pm till dark Dinner: 6:00pm
Where: Highland Hills Park, Ft. Thomas, KY

Please join other survivors, caregivers, their family and friends at this picnic - come out for some fun, food and relaxation!

We provide the meat (hamburgs & hot dogs) You just need to pack your soft drinks – and one side dish to share (for 6-8 people).

Please give: your name, the number of adults and children (and their ages) in your party, meat choices AND please share what your side dish will be.

Please Note: We’re in the same park as last year – but a different shelter. It’s Shelter #2, the second one on the left as you enter. Since the shelter is a bit smaller, feel free to bring some lawn chairs if you’d like!

From Cincinnati/the North:

Take I-75 or I-71 South – follow signs to I-471 (the Big Mac Bridge!) South into Kentucky
Take I-471 South to Exit #3 Grand Avenue
Turn left off exit
Go past St. Elizabeth Healthcare on your right to top of hill
Turn left onto Highland Ave (BP gas station on the corner)
Go about ¾ mile
Turn left onto Mayfield Avenue – you will drive right into Highland Hills Park!

NOTE: I-275 east/west will also bring you into I-471

From Kentucky/the South:

Take I-75 north to I-275 east to I-471 north
Take exit #3 Grand Avenue
Turn right off exit
Go past St. Elizabeth Healthcare on your right to top of hill
Turn left onto Highland Ave (BP gas station on the corner)
Go about ¾ mile
Turn left onto Mayfield Avenue – you will drive right into Highland Hills Park!
